Process Engineer Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative team, contributing to the success of our medical devices business. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in process engineering, working on complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per year

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare process documentation and operating instructions.
- Oversee and assess new and existing processes and workflows.
- Meet with production managers to assess existing processes.
- Devise, implement, and test new strategies to help optimize productivity.
- Analyze data to discover areas that need improvements and upgrades.
- Assess compliance and adherence to safety and quality standards and report findings and proposals to higher management.
- Perform risk assessments.
- Work with maintenance, RAQ, R&D, and Commercial teams to support new product launches.

What We're Looking For:
- Significant experience working within a Med Device (ISO 13485/GMP) or similar setting; chemical background considered.
- Experience in process validation.
- Experience in process scale up and design transfer and project management.
- Experience in lean principles and written validations (IQ, OQ, PQ, Kaizen, FMEA, etc.).
