Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Youth Football Leader to join our team at Little Kickers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering fun and engaging football classes to children aged 18 months to 8 years.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children, preferably in a sports or coaching capacity. They must be available to work weekend mornings on a regular basis and possess good physical fitness and stamina.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality football classes to children, promoting a love of the game and encouraging them to reach their full potential.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and children, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of football sessions, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency and excellence.

Requirements:
  • 1 year's experience working with children (sports/football coaching preferred).
  • Clean DBS.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina.
  • Punctual and committed to professional working practices.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive rate of £11.00 per hour (dependent on experience).
  • Part-time hours: 3-8 hours per week.
  • Location: Nottingham (NG10, NG2).
