Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Development leader to join our innovative company in the West Sussex area. As Head of New Product Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of product developers and managing the development process from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Product Development team in the UK and Hong Kong offices
  • Analyse products to identify best and worst sellers and develop strategies to improve performance
  • Build ranges of market-leading products for the target markets in the USA, EU, and UK
  • Oversee the briefing of packaging and copy for all products and create and maintain critical paths for all items
  • Achieve margin targets across all products and ranges
  • Travel overseas to trade shows and supplier factories as needed
About You
  • Previous experience in New Product Development at a senior level
  • Experience within Gift, FMCG, or Retail sectors
  • Ideal education to degree level in a related subject such as Product Design
