Exciting Opportunity for Mobile Electrical Engineers

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for three Mobile Engineers to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial office contract based in London.

We are looking for experienced Mobile Electrical Engineers who have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance, including lighting installation, fault-finding, and lamping.
  2. Maintain and update log books to ensure accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  1. Electrically or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
  2. Electrically or mechanically qualified - City and Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
  3. Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential)
  4. Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
  5. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  6. Multi-skilled with good communication skills and client-facing experience.
Package Information
  1. Basic Salary of up to £44,000
  2. Call out
  3. Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm
  4. 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  5. Company Van & Fuel Card
  6. Tablet & Work Phone Provided
  7. Full company uniform
