About the Role

As a key member of our Services and Maintenance Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class engineering solutions to our customers. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your skills and expertise to provide exceptional engineering services, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and customers.

You will be responsible for taking full ownership of all engineering service activities, including system installations, planned and preventative maintenance, and responding to technical call-outs. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all work meets or exceeds our customers' expectations, establishing Johnson Controls as a trusted partner in delivering top-notch engineering solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver system requirements and solutions collaboratively with customers, project management teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage system installations, maintenance tasks, and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Guarantee that solutions and services meet or exceed customer expectations through rigorous quality control measures.
  • Participate in the commissioning of new installations and oversee customer sign-off to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough site surveys, prepare comprehensive technical reports, and contribute to accurate project costings and designs.
  • Prepare and maintain all project and service-related documentation to meet business timelines and operational standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Johnson Controls' procedures and Health & Safety policies.
Requirements

We require an individual with extensive experience in integrated enterprise-level systems, encompassing CCTV Intruder Alarm Systems, Perimeter Detection, Access Control, Video Intercom Systems, and hands-on familiarity with Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone, FLIR Latitude, ProWatch, and Commend technologies.

A deep understanding of high-end CCTV cameras (Bosch, Axis, Optical/Thermal imaging), Grade 3 Intruder Alarm installations (Galaxy, Texecom, and peripherals), and a basic knowledge of Senstar Omnitrax/Fibre Patrol and Fibre Optic systems are mandatory.

Superb communication skills, both within the company and with external customers, are vital. We seek an individual who is self-driven, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently, with a professional demeanor and customer-centric approach.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
