The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented New Business Conveyancing Assistant to join our thriving Conveyancing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide full administrative support to the Conveyancing department, including preparing correspondence and documentation using our case management system.
- Client Communication: Attend to clients professionally, both over the telephone and in person, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Filing Systems: Administer filing systems, including daily filing tasks, and manage the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
- New Business Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new business introducers, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Clients' Initial Stages: Guide clients through the initial stages of their property transactions, ensuring a smooth and reassuring start to their journey.
- Mail and Documents: Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch and oversee the scanning and photocopying of documents.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support the department.

- Previous Experience: Experience in an administrative, legal, or customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new case management systems quickly.
- Attitude: A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine interest in property law and client service.
