This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned medical writer to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of innovative and effective healthcare communications strategies.

The Principal Medical Writer's Role:

  • Lead a team of medical writers in producing high-quality, scientifically accurate content across a range of channels and audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including strategy, client services, design, and digital, to deliver integrated healthcare communications solutions.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support the senior leadership team in shaping and progressing the copy team, ensuring its smooth operation and continued growth.

You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a medical writer in a healthcare agency, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content.
  • Experience in line management is desirable, as is experience with Veeva or other client referencing software systems.
  • Exposure to promotional work, including non-MedEd activities, is essential.
