We are a award-winning restaurant located in the beautiful coastal location of Budleigh Salterton, serving up fresh seafood to our guests. As Team Leader - Restaurant Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in our busy beachside café style restaurant.

The Role:

You will be a confident and outgoing person who motivates, trains, and leads by example to create an environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do. With a number of planned restaurant openings, this is a great opportunity to move your career to the next level and grow with us.

About You:

Our ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience in a similar hospitality environment, and will be able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
