Demand Generation Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute a B2B Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a marketing strategy that drives new business results and retains existing customers.
- Brand Management: Elevate our premium brand and maximize the value of our brand portfolio.
- Customer Marketing: Power up our customer marketing efforts with a focus on new product penetration into our existing customer base.
- Account Based Marketing: Plan, implement, and manage an Account Based Marketing program that drives targeted outcomes.
- Marketing Performance Management: Manage and report marketing performance, working closely with sales to identify areas for optimization and incremental improvements.
- Digital Marketing Assets: Own and manage our UKI digital marketing assets, including websites, CRM, and collaterals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with sales, support, and other internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Resource and Budget Management: Manage resources and budget effectively to build brand and drive strong ROI at an efficient CAC rate.
- Marketing Expertise: Highly competent in current marketing demand generation tactics, tools, and channels, both online and offline.
- Marketing Automation: Strong knowledge and executional skills in marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc) and experience in Salesforce CRM.
- Copywriting and Content Creation: Confident copywriter with an eye for detail and ability to move content from concept to delivery.
- Agency Management and People Management: Strong agency management and people management skills, with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to effectively set priorities and handle multiple projects.
