We're seeking an experienced Senior Forensic Psychologist to lead our new 24/7 Therapeutic Community (TC) in the UK.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in secure settings and working with offenders with complex needs, as well as strong skills in clinical formulation, risk assessment, and therapeutic interventions.

About the Role
  • We offer a competitive salary up to £61,000 per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days plus bank holidays and the option to buy up to five additional leave days each year.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Chartered status with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registration as a Forensic Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  2. Lead the development and implementation of therapeutic plans for offenders with complex needs, using evidence-based approaches and best practices in forensic psychology.
  3. Collaborate with other professionals to deliver integrated services, promoting rehabilitation and reducing reoffending.
