Resident Care Assistant

About the Job
We are looking for a Resident Care Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to older adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Assist with daily tasks, including light domestic duties and coordinating resident activities
- Help with appointments and shopping
- Maintain accurate records of resident's care and support plans
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a UK health and social care role. A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory. You will also need to be warm, friendly, and dedicated to exceptional service, with a passion for working with older adults.
