We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Evening Care Assistant to join our team in the Ormskirk area. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

About the Role
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Administer and document medication
  • Document care activities and report any changes in conditions to our branch teams
