Job Summary

A dynamic Secondary School in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham seeks x3 enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Graduates to fill full-time Physics Teaching Assistant positions.

About the Role
  1. Support teaching staff with classroom management and lesson delivery at KS4 and KS5.
  2. Lead small intervention groups for GCSE and A Level students, focusing on academic improvement and motivation.
  3. Assist the leading teacher with various duties, ensuring a seamless learning experience for pupils.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidates can expect a competitive salary of £105-£110 per day, paid on a term-time only basis.

Person Specification
  1. A Physics-related degree and good grades in A Levels and GCSEs are essential.
  2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teachers and students.
  3. A genuine passion for education, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
