Job Title: Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Rocket Staffing. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the optimal performance of equipment and machinery in our clients' manufacturing facilities.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Reliability Engineer to take on a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze equipment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime.
  3. Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and enhance equipment reliability.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
  5. Document maintenance activities and report on equipment status and performance.
  6. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Reliability Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  3. Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) in engineering or a related field.
  4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  5. Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Salary Range: £41,200 - £45,600 per annum.
