Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Caring Kindergartens Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Early Years Practitioner to work with our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in childcare, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  2. Develop and implement engaging play experiences that promote children's physical, intellectual, and emotional development.
  3. Observe, record, and assess children's progress and development, using observations supported with photographic evidence.
  4. Support children in developing self-esteem, confidence, and feelings of competence.
  5. Provide a positive model of behaviour by treating children, families, and colleagues with friendliness, care, and courtesy.
  6. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current issues, legislation, and practices through attending regular training and workshops.
Requirements:
  1. A suitable Level 3 childcare qualification, recognised by the Department for Education.
  2. A good understanding of the EYFS.
  3. Excellent understanding of the English language, spoken and written.
  4. A good understanding of safeguarding practices.
  5. Previous childcare experience in an early year setting.
  6. Cleared DBS check.
