As a skilled MOT Tester, you will be responsible for accurately and skillfully undertaking the repair and servicing of motor vehicles of all makes and models. This will involve analysing work orders to identify what work has been agreed, evaluating the condition of the vehicle, and documenting completed work orders.
Key Performance Indicators:
Departmental complaints log
Repeat service visits / fixed right first time' log
Productivity / efficiency vs target
VQM / retailer audit against standards and guidelines
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent technical skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
