You will work closely with our catering team to ensure seamless operations, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents
• Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen assistants to achieve high-quality food and excellent service
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work closely with our catering team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a residential care setting
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition and dietetics
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen assistants
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
