Occupational Therapist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team on a maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a mental health setting and be able to provide leadership and supervision to others.

The role involves autonomously providing specialist assessment, analysis, and treatment of occupational dysfunction, enabling individuals to do the things they want, need, or are expected to do to support them being well in life.

Key responsibilities include holding a caseload, utilising effective clinical decision-making and clinical skills to assess, implement, and evaluate care, as well as completing full assessments of patients' occupational performance.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,890 - £44,884 per annum, depending on experience.

• Implementing specialist group and individual treatments to achieve therapeutic goals
