Senior Electronics Engineer

Are you a skilled electronics engineer looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team at AWE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the electronics lab, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and tested.
  • Schedule and oversee the maintenance and testing of 'in use' equipment.
  • Develop and implement new diagnostic hardware, working closely with the design team.
  • Support the current 'in service' hardware, ensuring it meets design specifications.

Requirements:

  • HND or HNC in Electronics Engineering, with relevant experience.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills, with experience in leading small teams or projects.
  • Ability to work in a heavily regulated industry, with a strong understanding of design specifications.
