Early Years Practitioner

This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career with Parenta Training working in an early years setting. As an apprentice, you will gain experience while learning and become an employed member of staff. You will be paid an hourly rate and work towards gaining a nationally recognised qualification without attending classroom-based lessons.
The apprenticeship will last a minimum of 12 months, and you will be working towards a Level 2 or 3 diploma in Childcare. Throughout your role, you will be supported by Parenta, who offer full training, guidance, and help you progress your career.
Your key responsibilities will include working with children between the ages of 0-5, organising activities, and providing care and support. You will also assist with meeting the personal and emotional needs of individual children, changing nappies, feeding, and establishing relationships.
Additionally, you will work under supervision to provide all aspects of care and support to children, ensuring they participate in day-to-day learning and play activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the setting is safe, clean, and well-presented.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about caring for children, have an outgoing and motivated attitude, and be a committed, punctual, and reliable individual.
