Location: Waters Edge, Clarendon Dock, Belfast BT1 3BH

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Salary: Available on request - Includes OTE and car allowance

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Radius. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored telecommunications and ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client requirements and strategically position our products and services to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and serve as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a key account management role within the telecommunications/ICT industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyse client needs, providing tailored solutions.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding key performance indicators.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing key accounts.
