Purchasing and Accounts Assistant

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the finance department, focusing on purchase order administration, invoice processing, and financial record maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing purchase order administration and processing invoices to the ERP system
- Document management of invoices and statements
- Costing invoices
- Reconciling statements
- Efficiently resolving queries and communicating with suppliers
- Reconciling company accounts
- Assisting with management accounts
- Providing cover for payroll duties
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts, preferably as a finance officer, accounting technician, or accounts assistant. You should also be IATI qualified or have equivalent qualifications. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
Expected Salary Range: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
