Senior MEP Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Planner to join our team at BAM Nuttall. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for creating and managing project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

• Create and manage project schedules, including developing and maintaining project timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimation.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to overcome project challenges.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular project progress reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement project controls, including quality assurance, quality control, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

• Proven experience in MEP project planning and scheduling, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera and 4D.
• NEC contract experience is desirable.
