About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process cases in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work
  • Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets
  • Manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant qualification (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or experience of managing your own caseload. You will also have recent practical experience of working in the legal profession and a proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning.

You will be organised and process-driven, commercially astute, and committed to providing an excellent standard of client care. Recent experience of handling client enquiries both face-to-face and by telephone is also essential.
