Lakeland is seeking an inspirational leader to drive sales and team performance in one of our stores. As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in creating a positive work environment and helping colleagues develop their skills.

Job Summary:

  • Deputise for the Store Manager when required
  • Drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Analyse sales data to inform business decisions

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for deputising for the Store Manager, leading the team to achieve sales targets, and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and confidence. You will also analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and make recommendations to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail management, preferably with Lakeland or a similar company
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 29 days' paid holiday, a discretionary bonus scheme, and a group personal pension plan. You will also receive generous discounts on our products and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
