Nurse Specialist

Parkview Care Centre is a leading provider of high-quality care services for older adults. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including washing, dressing, and support with nutrition and hydration. You will also be responsible for carrying out risk assessments, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans, and monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant policies, standards, and legislation. Additionally, you will be expected to extend your clinical competencies and nursing practice to offer comprehensive services, such as catheterization, venipuncture, IVI therapy, and ear syringing. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct, be willing to work a flexible shift pattern, and provide formal and informal mentoring to your colleagues and other care professionals.
