We are seeking an experienced Employers Agent/Building Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a key member of our building consultancy team, you will be responsible for working on a variety of projects, including new build project management schemes, contract administration of remediation projects, and building safety case work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer construction projects from inception to completion
  • Provide Employers Agent services, including contract administration and dispute resolution
  • Conduct site inspections and report on building safety and compliance
  • Prepare and submit reports to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified (not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying
  • Experience in EA work and report writing
  • Public sector project experience advantageous
