ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TRAINING SPECIALIST
We are in search of an Electrical Maintenance expert who possesses a true passion for developing others.

Your role will involve training, coaching, and mentoring aspiring learners pursuing qualifications in Electrical Maintenance. A solid background as a time-served electrical professional with a Level 3 qualification or higher is essential.


The ideal candidate will have a sincere interest in transitioning into a training position, thrive in an educational setting, and have a robust history in the Electrical sector.

All necessary qualifications and training will be provided by the employer.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE
ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TRAINING SPECIALIST:


To effectively deliver and oversee the successful achievement of all facets of Electrical Engineering qualifications within a state-of-the-art training environment (classroom-based instruction).

Guide learners towards meeting established qualifications in accordance with relevant awarding body standards.


We seek candidates who are self-driven, collaborative, and possess a hands-on approach to work within this fulfilling environment.


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TRAINING SPECIALIST
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience as a qualified electrical engineer

Strong communication and presentation abilities

Experience working with youth

QUALIFICATIONS &

COMPETENCIES:

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TRAINING SPECIALIST
A Level 3 (or higher) electrical qualification

Assessor Qualification- A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent (preferred)

Teaching qualification (preferred)

This position requires an enhanced DBS clearance

SALARY/
