We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Live-In Carer to provide support for a lovely lady living with progressive Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

This is a temporary, live-in position that initially offers a one-week trial period with the possibility of becoming a permanent ongoing placement.

About This Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. They will also support mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.

Responsibilities include administering medication and managing healthcare routines as prescribed by medical professionals. The ideal candidate may also assist with preparing nutritious meals and managing dietary needs.

The successful candidate must maintain a clean and safe living environment that meets high standards. They will engage in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being and social interaction.

Key Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in live-in care or caregiving, especially for individuals with MS or similar conditions.
  2. Relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care, first aid training) are highly desirable.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  4. Able to work independently and as part of a team when needed.
  5. Patient, empathetic, and positive attitude required.
