Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Single Point of Access Officer in a Family Hub setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage all referrals made to the service as the single point of entry and first-level gatekeeper to the Family Hub Network.
- Support the Single Point of Access Team Manager in delivering high-quality referral management and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with the Family Hub Team to facilitate pathways to support services within the network.
Requirements:
- Experience in Family Hub or Children Centre settings.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
