We're seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Recruit4staff (Wrexham) Ltd. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in developing client portfolios through a mix of Business Development and New Business Sales.


The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a consultative approach to support our clients, building lasting relationships with customers and networking through the businesses. You will work collaboratively with our in-house Talent Acquisition team to ensure that your roles are recruited for in an effective manner. Additionally, you will keep up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities to improve the client's operations and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry associations.


What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven recruitment experience. Essential skills include the ability to multitask and problem-solve, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong PC skills with the ability to record accurate data. We are particularly interested in speaking to individuals who have worked in the following disciplines: Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, and Commercial.
