Behaviour SEN Teaching Assistant Role

As a Behaviour SEN Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will be:
- Assisting the class teacher in implementing individual education plans
- Providing one-on-one support to students
- Managing behavior effectively
- Creating a positive learning environment
Requirements include experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly those with behavioral difficulties, strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, resilience, and a positive attitude. Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are also desirable.
