About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing and Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Towerview Care Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Job Description

The Wellbeing and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for designing, organising and delivering stimulating activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This will involve working closely with residents, their families and the wider care team to create an engaging and supportive environment that promotes independence, social interaction and overall wellbeing.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement person-centred activity plans that reflect the preferences and goals of our residents;
  • Organise and lead group and one-to-one activities that promote physical and mental stimulation, including outings and events;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and support;
  • Maintain accurate records of resident engagement and activity participation;
  • Support the recruitment and training of volunteers to assist with activity delivery.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for supporting vulnerable adults and promoting their wellbeing;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, colleagues and external stakeholders;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Experience in a similar environment or willingness to learn and adapt to new situations;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
