About the RoleWe're seeking a Global Head of Content Marketing to drive creative content ideation, oversee delivery, and increase our global reach by placing our content across campaigns.
This role requires a highly creative thinker and collaborator who has experience driving content and PR strategies that cut through the noise in the martech space.
Responsibilities:- Oversee content and PR marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and position Dotdigital as a thought leader and premier solution provider.
- Lead content ideation with unique perspectives.
- Inspire a team of creative content marketers while guiding a cohesive brand message and exceptional content quality that entices engagement across stakeholder groups.
- Cross-functionally collaborate to align content initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage the relationship with our PR agency to grow brand visibility and reputation across global markets.
- Analyze content performance and optimize the content strategy accordingly.
- Support the planning of our content calendar spanning long-form online and offline content, research-driven pieces, social media content, and blog posts.
- Deliver clear briefs and manage feedback loops while engaging stakeholders effectively.
- Maintain tone-of-voice and editorial guidelines accessible to all team members.
- Communicate content plans effectively across the department and company.
- A creative thinker with 6+ years in SaaS organizations, preferably with MarTech experience.
- Proven experience in content marketing, particularly in innovative SaaS environments.
- Confident project management skills with an ability to keep momentum on large-scale projects ensuring content delivery meets campaign activation deadlines.
- Experience developing clear messaging frameworks well-maintained and used.
- Strong sense of prioritization, managing workload through impact/effort assessment.
- Excellent communication skills exciting key stakeholders across other areas of the organization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with video as a content medium is preferred.
- Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus additional benefits including parental leave, medical benefits, paid sick leave, Dotdigital day, share reward, wellbeing reward, wellbeing days, and loyalty reward.
