Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to join our team at Innovate. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PPMs, installation works, and fault finding
  • Work on large-scale capital production equipment, including PLC systems
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve maintenance goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of site-based or field-based experience in a maintenance engineer role
  • Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, with a focus on plant and production machinery
  • PLC knowledge, specifically Allen Bradley and Siemens S7
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
