Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fire safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidance.
  • Conduct regular fire risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Provide training and education to staff on fire safety awareness and best practices.
  • Investigate fire incidents and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure fire safety is integrated into all aspects of trust operations.

This role offers a competitive salary of £53,000 - £63,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 27 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and access to a range of training and development opportunities.
