Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrician to join our client's team in West Yorkshire. As a Senior Electrician, you will be responsible for leading electrical maintenance teams on various commercial sites across Yorkshire and the Humber.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travelling to commercial sites to complete planned and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Completing regular electrical testing and submitting reports to the Quality Supervisor
  • Supervising engineers and electricians on site, including assisting with technical queries and liaising with clients
  • Participating in regular training opportunities to develop skills and progress into a management position

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as an Electrician, with a full electrical apprenticeship background and NVQ Level 3 & AM2 qualifications
  • 18th Edition certification, with a JIB Gold Card and 2391 (or equivalent) qualifications
  • Experience supervising and managing electricians on site, with project management experience desirable
  • Enhanced DBS certificate and full UK driving licence

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
  • Company van with personal use available
  • 40 hour working week, Monday - Friday
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x for hours over 8, with additional rates for weekend/evening work
  • Door-to-door travel paid
  • 32 days holiday, including bank holidays
  • Company pension and employee discount scheme
