Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Hunter Selection. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is in good working order, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production staff, engineering managers, and technical teams to identify and address equipment-related issues.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all equipment and facilities meet health and safety standards, and take proactive measures to prevent accidents and near-misses.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in electrical and mechanical maintenance, with experience working with pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Compliance: Familiarity with GMP, QMS, 5'S, and BRC standards.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex equipment issues.
