About the Role

At Daniel Owen Ltd, we are currently seeking a skilled tradesperson to fill a carpentry position within our Property Services team. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks within residents' homes, ensuring that our properties remain safe and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks within resident's homes
• Maintaining and updating PDA devices with work schedules and key information, consistently providing excellent customer service and professionalism

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry
• Basic Criminal Record Check
• A company van, phone and fuel card will be provided, along with battery tools supplied after successfully completing the settling in period (for business use only).
