Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring high standards are maintained across all areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial growth, including membership sales and product sales.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, focusing on their growth and development.
  • Manage controllable costs, including stock orders and cleaning supplies, to eliminate wastage and overspend.
  • Ensure all operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard, including seal checker, kronos, and branch scheduler.
  • Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team members in achieving their potential.
  • Manage facilities and maintenance-related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines.
Requirements
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
  • Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable).
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to adapt communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers.
