Homecare Services Director

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced homecare services director to join our team in Maryport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our residential care home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive care services to residents.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working within a registered care setting, preferably in a residential setting for older adults. They will also have advanced knowledge of CQC requirements and the ability to work in a fast-moving and flexible environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their staff team. They will also be able to work collaboratively with other teams to achieve organisational goals.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £49,764 - £50,788 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
