About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our integrated therapy team. You'll work closely with our passionate and innovative team to deliver the highest standard of care and support to our pupils, making a real impact every day.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and create personalized therapy programs tailored to each pupil's unique needs
- Work within a small caseload of pupils who have neurodiverse needs, taking a Neurodiverse affirming and trauma-informed approach to clinical work
- Assess, write indirect therapy programs, provide advice and consultations, and deliver direct therapy
- Design and deliver specific training and mentoring for colleagues with the support of the Clinical Lead to further develop the Occupational Therapy offering within our specialist college
We're looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist with a recognized post-graduate qualification in Occupational Therapy, essential qualification in Sensory Integration and Processing, and HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist with RCOT Membership. You'll also need good IT skills and a full driving licence.
