Commercial Coordinator

Collaborate Recruitment is seeking a skilled Commercial Coordinator to join our team in Poole, Dorset. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering all commercial aspects of contracts in line with our procedure manuals.

This is an office-based role that requires strong communication and organizational skills. You will work closely with our commercial manager and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of all contracts assigned to your team.

  • Manage all commercial aspects of contracts, including customer orders and estimates.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely close out of final accounts.
  • Proactively manage commercial disputes or queries with customers.
  • Assist the commercial manager as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial law and maintain an accurate knowledge of company procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in a commercial job role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to use company Office Management Software system/s (Connect).
  • Competent in AutoCAD software (desirable but not essential).
