About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Associate to join our team at People First (Recruitment) Ltd. As a Mandarin-speaking Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for direct sourcing, candidate attraction, and administration support.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in recruitment preferably within financial or professional services. You should also have excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Direct Sourcing: Support with direct sourcing and responsible for recruitment of junior/middle/senior professional hires
  2. Candidate Attraction: Draft advert and post vacancies on the system, job boards, and social media channels for all level roles
  3. Talent Pool Development: Source candidates for roles through advertising, LinkedIn, proactively seeking referrals, searching job boards, and business schools
  4. Diversity and Inclusion: Attract and source diverse talent, liaise with organisations, educational institutions, and community groups
  5. Administration Support: Monitor and respond to both internal and external job applicant queries, monitor and review all CVs on the system, screen applications, and brief candidates on live vacancies within the Bank and prepare candidates for interviews with the hiring managers
  6. Interview Management: Manage calendar and schedule all interviews (face-to-face or via Zoom), book meeting rooms, send invites, and ensure site entry requests have been processed
  7. Communication: Ensure progress is communicated in a timely and effective manner with hiring managers and candidates
  8. Document Collection: Collect and verify candidates' documents as required prior to the interviews
  9. Feedback: Seek and provide feedback to candidates and/or to the agency
  10. Reporting: Maintain up-to-date recruitment tracker spreadsheet, maintain accurate reporting within internal tools on a weekly and quarterly basis, and produce regular MI recruitment on recruitment activities and DE&I
  11. Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative assistance during the hiring process and liaise with HR Operations team
  12. Finance: Reconciliation and processing of agency invoices and liaise with Financial Management
  13. Additional Projects: Undertake additional project works or tasks as required
