About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Health and Wellbeing projects, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable individuals and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including community groups, healthcare providers, and local authorities.
  • Manage risk and make informed decisions to ensure the well-being of service users.
  • Stay up-to-date with funding, procurement, and commissioning activity to maximize opportunities for the VCSE sector.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a senior project management role, preferably in the VCSE sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective projects, with a focus on person-centred delivery and community engagement.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, risk management, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across multiple locations, with a flexible approach to working hours.
