They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to liaise with people of various ages, cultures, and abilities, and a calm approach to challenging situations.

As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a staff team, taking responsibility for their training, development, supervisions, and rotas. You will also be a positive role model to the children and young people in your care.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,500 to £62,500 per annum, depending on the size of the home, as well as a range of benefits and rewards, including flexible working, maternity and paternity packages, and a discretionary appraisal bonus of £5,000.
