The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in garden maintenance, working in a similar role for a registered company. They will be required to possess a recognized horticultural qualification, a clean UK driving license, and a high level of communication and presentation skills. The successful applicant will also need to hold a Pa1 Pa6 Pesticide Training certificate and have experience in managing a team and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to manage time efficiently, carry out daily garden maintenance appointments, and maintain a high standard of work. The candidate will also need to liaise with clients directly, handle customer queries, and resolve any issues that may arise.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our package includes benefits such as paid training, opportunities for career progression, and access to industry-leading equipment and tools.
