Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, with a competitive bonus structure. Additionally, you will receive 28 days of holiday, plus bank holidays, extensive career development and training programs, recognition awards for length of service and dedication, and access to discounted legal services.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join our team. As a senior member of our private client team, you will manage a diverse caseload of matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. With hybrid working available, this role offers flexibility to balance office and home working while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of private client matters
  • Build lasting relationships with clients
  • Proactively manage caseload with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Fee Earner within a private client team
  • Strong client care skills
  • STEP qualification (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential
