The Role

This position is based in our Middlesbrough office within the Marine Installation department.

You will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of Vessel Mobilisation for offshore cable installation projects.

Your key contribution will be to facilitate a smooth and efficient mobilisation process, ensuring project success.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing hire equipment according to project requirements and budget.
  • Pre-Mobilisation engineering.
  • Preparing mobilisation scope of work and executing vessel mobilisation.
  • Assisting in planning and coordinating project mobilisation activities.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of project mobilisation plans.
  • Collaborating with Lead Mobilisation Engineer and other Installation team members.
  • Monitoring and tracking mobilisation progress, budgets, and identifying issues or delays.
  • Participating in project meetings and contributing to problem-solving discussions.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Prior experience from a similar offshore / marine environment.
  • Degree-level education or apprentice training in a Mechanical bias.
  • Proven high level of communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work away from home as required.

Estimated annual salary: £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
