About the Role:

As a Branch Supervisor at Eurocell Group PLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Trade Branch Network. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers, ensuring excellence in customer service, operational standards, and Branch sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on support to the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations.
  • Assist with the delivery of Branch operations, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Support the Branch Manager in maintaining positive customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Undertake stocktakes and audits to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Maintain maintenance records for Branch vehicles and conduct Branch housekeeping for front of house, warehousing, and merchanting.

Requirements:
  • Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
  • A hands-on customer-focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers.
  • A commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins, while ensuring our customers always walk away happy.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and use your own initiative.
  • A full and valid driving license is essential, and a FLT license could be a distinct advantage.

  • A very competitive basic salary of £27,903 per year.
  • An excellent monthly bonus scheme, which added to your salary would be up to £32,703 per year.
